What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is the Unlimited PTO!

I really enjoy the benefits, such as all of the insurances and having unlimited PTO. It makes less a bit less stressful knowing I'm covered and I don't have to strategically plan when to use PTO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is permitted to be their own self while working with others. This helps feel connected while working remotely.

Everyone is accepted and treated kindly from all walks of life. Birdeye has many support groups but two of my favorite are the Parent/ Caregiver Group and the Women of Birdeye Group.

I like that the talent acquisition team was very upfront and honest about the interview process.
