I like that our leadership team is active in our day-to-day activities. Our leadership team is very accessible to all staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I adore the team that I am on. We all have individual quotas to meet but everyone cheers the other team members on! It's a genuine support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepted and treated kindly from all walks of life. Birdeye has many support groups but two of my favorite are the Parent/ Caregiver Group and the Women of Birdeye Group.
