There have been a lot of changes due to an internal reorganization of our Sales team that began a month after I was hired, those changes were challenging for many of my colleagues who have been with the company for years. I embraced the change and the new challenges and have hit the ground running.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the autonomy of working in a remote environment and working with my colleagues who are friendly and fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how thorough they were in their questions, it showed that they cared about finding the right talent for the right role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Birdeye pays for 100% of the health insurance coverage that I have with them. In the middle of a pandemic, that is an incredibly valuable benefit to have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a really exciting time to be at Birdeye! There is so much growth and things are rapidly changing. I think the most positive thing is the internal affiliate networks that Birdeye has for: Women, LGBTQ+, and the BlackBirds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes a very hands on approach to business and I love that! They are focused on growth and partnering with the best clients for Birdeye! They are willing to listen to employee feedback and make changes where needed to support the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best manager in the industry and my team lead is a seasoned rep who is the best in the company! It is a pleasure working for them because they are willing to listen and help educate and guide our team to improve performance and success.
