The people. Everyone has a unique sense of humor. Everyday is full of laughter.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer took the time to make everyone feel comfortable. No one like interviews but it was a great experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone in my team is very outspoken. We respect each other's opinions and we take time to find the best resolution that we can all agree on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoyed my time working at Bloomindale's. I was surrounded by great people and I enjoy going to work. The workload was a bit much at times but again very positive environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Go to work to have fun and grow. Small activities to brighten up a boring worklife is the most entertaining to me. Such as a bake sale that we had. Also the award ceremony is nice.
