This is an amazing company to work for that has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I didn't think possible.
It started great when I first go there, however over the following 3 years the company has been on a steep decline. To be fair, the issues that existed when I first started were exacerbated by promoting some of the poorer leaders into even more authority after the reorg.
It's a wonderful place to work if you don't consider any of our competitors.
