I used to enjoy and look forward to going to work. But here lately i have not because hours get reduced and we get busy then . Not enough staff at that point which makes the rest of us work harder with no reconition. Also guest make compliments about the great service they recieve qnd it over looked

It was fast and the manager that was conducting the interview was very friendly

We all are hard working and dependable people that act like a family and try to make our guest feel as if they are part of it as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recieve full time hours and not be expected to do the work of two or three people. Recieve raises like should be done and not be told that pur operations manager has blocked our store from getting any
