Our work is unappreciated, and our managers are lazy, unhelpful, and toxic. The employees have a great rapport and good work ethic, but our managers make it impossible to do our jobs well or even enjoy being there and the customers suffer for it. We are being punished for managers incompetence.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to be cleaned out. Period. They show no desire to improve or help employees.
