The upper GM and AGM need to work in the shift leaders to work as a team and I have been there for four yrs and the management is the worst that's been there yet. You have managers that can't make biscuits ,refuses to do drive thru or front counter.its deplorable
Employees and managers need to work together not at each other heads.
Accountability. Attentiveness. Focus. Production. Initiative.
Proper handling of employee requests, fair treatment
Leading and all rules should apply to everyone including your friends etc...

Being present and seeing how poorly store is ran at all times of the day
