Well she didn't ask me many questions she basically told me that she was hiring and if I put in an application that she would hire me because they needed help
That they needed workers immediately
The manager that interviewed me was keeping it real and didn't seem negative about my not having any experience.
Honesty!!! I was told what the company expects. I was told what my job was. And I was told to stay available because if you are needed you will bee called.
At the time we had a decent store manager that listen.
I felt comfortable and was not asked crazy questions.
Well they taken the time to make sure that I understand what they needed

It was short and simple
Just your everyday interview asking about references
The higher manager actually takes time to talk face-to-face with people

It was my first job so it was my first interview. It was okay but they didn't call me for my schedule for 2 weeks and then acted like it was my fault
Actually realize key points in people and stop hiring people that dont care for their job.
The interview was fine. They hired me on the spot, which should have been my first red flag.
Dont lie about giving out bonus. No one actually will work for $10 an hour. That is not a living wage.
They dont give interviews. They just do the orientation

Fountain is the worst system to hire applicants ive ever used
Hiring process takes too long. Manager typically late to interviews or doesnt ask enough questions. Will hire anyone eveh if not good for the work environment.
I would make the miners were just as much as us as adults to to there extent of how far things that they can do and I would definitely be more of a manager to them to where they learn later on
