We get weekly pay, which is nice.
It was not it was disrespectful that was cussing out the customers it was cussing about me I mean it was disrespectful in the gentleman just stand by and allow it and thought it was funny

Everyone works ,and gets a long really well. At the Bojangles I'm at we play like a ball team. The coach gives use our position and we play ball .If one fells to hear a timer go off because he or she is in the cooler the next teammate catches that chicken timer,or French fries ECT.
They are growing at a good rate
The food thats all i can say
We have fun but we also know when to be on our best performance
I love fast food I love what I do I'm a very beneficial significant to any fast food place.. but I love Bojangles
There is no positive reinforcement
Was trying to get rid of the bad apples. And rebuild a team that would Hurry and show up on time

Some of the people are great
Everyone is a helpful person never but was taught all I need to know first day
We need better management asap
They upper management needs to respect the employee more

The company needs to pay employees livable wages that are fair to the market value, if not experience level
MANGERS they need a whole new mangment team..espically ones that dont date other higher up mangers to get a postion to treat people like crap.
if only one could see and experience how others are treated here in Farmville NC, its not right and should be looked into

More diversity, better management and equality
More work less play and better training
New management and slips up the family
General manager should be fired!
Better coworkers that will do their job
Top management need to take better care of their team managers and employees
Leadership above the store level
Basic human decency and some compassion
Everything!!! They need to go by there motto. Customers wont get good service if theres only 2 people closing every night.
