Helping employees with what they need
Better leadership skills and to be organized a liittle bit better
Managing properly. Communication with employees.
Communicating respectfully. Responding to workers when they reach out via text. Holding everyone accountable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it was okay not the best
paid time off; medical ,death, accident, unexpecting issues ,,,,
High pay for having fun
I would like the insurance.

Extremely undervalued a raise for my extra responsibilities or promotion
Getting the tips that come from catering orders that should be due to the delivery driver!
The managers use All the employees to throw under the bus
Am fine with pay it's not enough hours for me to come to work it were at first but now
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the managers care about your well being
They communicate and work well with each other however the downfall of it is that you have more than a few who does not like to partake in keeping the restaurant clean and organized other than that they have great communication on the powerline

we haven't got to point of using skills in personal communication as yet
The whole place needs to be retrained no one gets trained properly they get treated poorly
Work as a team do their part make sure food is up and out and to make sure things is stock teamwork is DreamWorks oh yeah good customer service
We dont even have meetings anymore
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my coworkers are enjoy to be around

working as understanding team .and all team members agree upon resolve decision
The workers we try to work together it's just the hiring manager
Everyone help each other out and keep stuff positive with good attitude

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need better management asap
They upper management needs to respect the employee more
They need to have respect for other
The company needs to pay employees livable wages that are fair to the market value, if not experience level
MANGERS they need a whole new mangment team..espically ones that dont date other higher up mangers to get a postion to treat people like crap.

The conversation was welcomed and the workers

Better management on details to prevent over hire and wasted time management
Make the interviews harder and the criteria more extreme
Connect with people and learn to ask more open ended questions.
The manager needs to staff properly when she interviews ,waited 1.5 hrs past my interview time
What makes you most happy at work?
smiling faces and team members whom want to have happy customers

Really what makes me most happy is seeing the satisfaction of the customers who received a food and they're happy about it and they leave with the smile and that makes me happy that's why I chose this type of career
I am never happy about working there
When i make customers happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To be disrespected in the group chats to be called names to be left without help in a restaurant that at least needs six staff members to run efficiently, but believe your manager with only one other person to help

Management needs training or more experience
Better leadership l, understanding the needs of the people. Proper training. Accountability
I would like to be treated with a little dignity and a little respect I would like to be treated like I'm a valued employee a part of this company
