It is horrible, even before COVID-19 happened. You have two people who close and open. There are people who been there for 3 years but they give raises to people who been there dor 6 months . Thats horrible

They dont give interviews. They just do the orientation

They need to improve of coming to work and doing the job

The whole store needs to be improved. New managers, shift leaders and crew members
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything!!! They need to go by there motto. Customers wont get good service if theres only 2 people closing every night.
