Dont lie about giving out bonus. No one actually will work for $10 an hour. That is not a living wage.

Their turnover rate is so bad because they do not respect their employees or give any incentive to want to stay. They lie about everything. Im 18 and to they stole $850 from me in earned bonuses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying to enployees about their bonus and pah liveable wages. They paid the CEO 1 million dollars and staff at reataurants are treated like they are disposable and paid $10 an hour. They make yoj pay for food. They are a horrible company and have no ethics or values. Lied about bonuses
