Overall employment has been horrid the last few months. Our store every morning looks like a disaster. Many of the trash cans are always left full overnight with a ton of waste. Nothing is ever done to ever fix these issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We never have had a "team meeting" of any type. But the few employees I work along side make it fun.
