I enjoy my co-workers and customers, but the company really needs to re-evaluate the corporate model. They burn through good employees very quickly with ridiculous sales pressure tactics for mediocre pay.

My coworkers and managers really make the environment as fun as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The tean is good, but corporate keeps the store understaffed and is always pushing us to sell the Discount Cards and Magazine offers. The pay is barely above minimum, yet there is as much presure to sell as for salesman at a used car lot.
