What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company was terrible to work for. It focused so hard on pushing discount cards off on people that they had to buy mind you and demanding its employees meet a certain goal that was unreasonable.

The company does not care about its workers. Everyone is replaceable and my store has big turnover and those who put in time are run into the ground

They have you work crazy hours and you get paid next to nothing. They want you to do way more than management ever does. Management pretty much sits on there but while you do everything. Management needs to start getting off there but more and help the employees.

I worked my butt off for this company and it was a terrible experience. Where i was doing a manager job but not being paid for it as well as being forced to sell my customers a discount card that I knew would not benefit them or I wouldn't have a job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to become more customer minded. We build relationships with these people and get them to come back time and again. Forcing employees to exploit this relationship by making people force a gamestop type tactic on the customers is embarassing.
