I liked that I was asked a lot of questions and got the feeling that my future boss really wanted to get to know me and was interested in me.
The "welcoming" spirit of the interviewer. She made me feel comfortable. She explained that if hired I would be a "Greeter" and customer service representative. However, she did not tell me that I would have to clean the restrooms at closing. If I had been told this I would not have taken the job.

I felt the process was very thorough, and my would-be supervisor also took the time to ask me my opinion and perspective, working through any concerns that I raised. This showed me how my work environment would be once I joined the company.

Call back more quickly is the main thing
Really try and get to lnow the people youre hiring.
it all depends on who interviews you. So its not a standardized process.
