Working together and supporting wveryone

Very pleasant work relationships within the store.

They bring out a positive energy that both other employees and customers can feel.

Being kind and patient to others.

My coworkers should work on communicating more effectively with one another and creating a more positive, encouraging environment as opposed to a competitive one where your worth/success is based on the number of magazines or memberships sold in a given day.

Communication skills. Coworkers talk too much about personal life which shouldn’t be allowed in a working environme
