
There's nothing particularly unusual about the compensation package. I personally value the equity highly and so far that valuation has paid off.
There is a lot of emphasis on collaboration, and team culture. The team truly is greater than the sum of its parts at Branch.
It is ok and expected to fail. If you are being ambitious, self-aware and transparent with your goals, failure is very well supported at Branch.
Well, honsetly, it used to be the cold brew on tap. But, over the last couple of years I would add the flexibility to live/work in a way that is comfortable.
I have had the privilege of watching the leadership team grow over six years. I think the amount of personal growth this leadership team has accomplished has been inspiring. Leadership team strikes an incredible balance between deep involvement and a healthy, strong leadership/ownership culture.
