Joined just about 4-5 months ago, but I've really enjoyed my time so far. A lot to learn and a lot that I can help with. The company has a bright future but a lot of work to do to get where we plan on going.

It's a no-judgement culture where everyone is very open to helping each other.

I personally have appreciated the transparency at all levels and that they make themselves available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel the comp package is a little below market and could be higher overall.

Everyone is very willing to help each other. I really enjoy the collaborative culture within my team.

I'm very excited about the technology created by Branch and how it can provide value for our customers.

Having good healthcare coverage for me and my family is the most important for me and Branch has a good selection of options.

The leadership team is very approachable and open to ideas on ways to improve things. There is a lot of transparency and willingness to empower employees to do their best work.

Everyone on my team is very open and willing to help others. It's a very collaborative environment where teammates share strategies on what has worked for them in the past and how to apply it in the future. Every discussion has felt very productive.
