Incredibly driven and savvy. Branch has done an awesome job of hiring over the years, and we've built a very interactive culture across our 11 offices worldwide
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Frequent "Spiffs" to encourage going above and beyond. Our leadership team does a great job of introducing unique incentives for going above and beyond. It instills a lot of energy in our team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong vision of the future. This is a company who is working for a better tomorrow as hard as it is working to create a fantastic today. Particularly the senior leadership team steers us in a strong direction
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone acting authentically. We speak in radical candor, we celebrate victories and support each other through defeats. It's obvious when people are putting on a front, which helps build a trustworthy environment. When the workplace feels trust worthy is when I'm most happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our commitment to our culture is my favorite aspect of our culture. We have 8 core values that have their each unique positives, however each and every one is upheld very passionately. The fact that we're SO committed to making Branch a fantastic place to work is what I love the most.
