I love my team members and most managers but we just hired a manager about 6 months ago that is extremely rude and talks down to all of us. He also is harrasing certain employees. His name is jeff and manages the buffalo wils wings in federal way washington
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to thier employees about how they feel and about issues that are being had at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management there is awful there is two that actually care but besides them all of the others use there title to harass and mistreat employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team are all hard workers and will stay that extra hour just to help because you need it and not try to leave you hanging without doing sidework just because they are tired. I love most all of my team mates!!!
