Servers are the least paid emloyees yet are expected to wash dishes. We also have to buss our tables runnfood run drinks and keep up with sidework. We are also forced to tip out bar for "carbonated beverages" (so drinks that WE make ourselves and we wash all the cups).

The customers are fun somwtimes i guess

Being an actual leader instead of barking orders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After everything i have to do to keep this restaurant afloat i cant even come in woth my family to eat and get a discount on my food. Even if i worked the same day. We are now only allowed to get discounted food WHILE we're working and it only takes off 7.50
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They handed me a packet that was clearly a script meant for the interviewer and told me to fillit out. It was confusing to say the least and instead of reading the answers i took the time to write the GM just asked me the same questions. He was also wide eyed the whole time it was really unnerving
