What did you like most about the interview process?
The GM took time to get to know me and focused more on what I was looking for in a job, instead of what the job offered. There is a difference in those questions because then he can tell if my position is a fit, or if a different one would be better. Was smooth and easy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All around great team. I would hang out with them all outside of work, and love that it's a true team. Message is very clear, get the job done, correctly, the first time. And work as a team do so . We all do that, and we all achieve goals. The teamwork they share is inspiring.
