Most of it was good, but there was a moderate to high amount of belittling and poking holes in each other's confidence. The onboarding process was not consistent and not followed up to ensure that concepts taught in rapid fire got absorbed and implemented.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working at a place that is dedicated to my prefferred and chosen lifestyle: RV life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not so much undervalued as not having choices that fall more under my own control.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all had multiple strangths but they had not been taught to support each other as a team. There was a lot of passive-aggrssive behavior.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are dedicated to maximizing gross income, provide a flood of information, and provide the tools needed to do the job, including tablets, software, leads and excellent sales training.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt very respected and valued. Upper management at the corporate level was very highly involved and gave a very accurate synopsis of the challenges and changes needed to be a success there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was no limit to how much money you could make. Upper management is above and beyond on supporting you making your own success. The sales process works well most of the time. When it doesn't it's usually because the customer has little to no credit.
