Camping culture and customers adventures of tiny house living. Great stories to hear and feels so good to help them with product that makes them happy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management should treat employees with respect. We should be a team to achieve excellent customer service with a welcoming moral. Management drains employees of self worth and insults them to the point of giving up and quitting.
