This is a corporation running a caregiving company, and that doesn't work. They put out a lot of information that makes it sound like a shiny and profitable company but they do not take care of the individuals that live in the homes nor the staff that are on the frontlines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits package does not offer a lot of coverage, and the payment of the direct care staff is ridiculously low for what they have to deal with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better level of understanding and care for the individuals in the homes, actually following through with the needs fo the individuals and staff, profitability would come with being a quality company but they won't allow it to get there
