Was great when I started and has slowly gone down hill. I feel with the new plant manager that things will start to look up in the future. He is trying to get positions filled and fix the ERP system processes to make everything easier in the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow coworkers that actually show up onsite for work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am overworked and under paid for what I do and no one in management wanted to get any help until recently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The workers at the facility work really well with me and will help out with whatever they can at that moment. They are just friendly and nice people to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn the processes we currently have before trying to change them right from the get go. Once they learn the process then fine tune it to what changes they would like to see happen. Treat people fairly and equally and not have favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been having to do multiple positions for a long time since covid and have not been compensated for the extra effort I have given the company. Also looking online at other companies I am make below average wages for my current position.
