Overall it is a great place to work. I do not enjoy the creating Goals aspect. It does not really pertain to my Engineering position in which every day 100% is given. I feel the goals creation takes the focus away from the day to day work that needs to get done. It's filler that is not necessary

Very smart, knowledgeable, listen to what is needed from them.

They are personable and we have weekly discussions with team leaders open to any discussion
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is suitable, and I believe close to market value. There are instances that I believe due to length of employment which brings experience that a hire wage is deserved.
