Having been with this office throughout years of growth and being a part of that success gives me a sense of pride that I hope to continue now with CECO at the helm.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Some questions need more options for answers, not be limited to to just yes/no. Since our merge into the CECO family I have not been impacted in any negative way, better benefits, generous PTO, but our office seems to be out of sight out of mind so to speak, but that's OK too, I guess.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their availability to discuss ideas, issues, etc. Generally open communications.

The immediate management team are approachable and willing to discuss any concerns or ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to discuss ideas and collaborate between inside sales and engineering without any prejudice or judgement. Always something new to learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our office is most definitely like a second, very eclectic, family. It has made it easy to show up for work everyday for 13 years now.

The variety of personalities and talents is just a good mix in our office. We are somewhat of a true family here and basically I'm the mom.
What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing to the ever-growing success of our company that grew enough to be noticed and acquired by CECO. Having played a part in this makes me feel successful, proud and happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new acquisition to the CECO family we have not yet received everything we have been told is coming, but so far the 401K program is best I have seen in years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every single day brings new and interesting projects, designs, etc. The learning opportunities are endless, and here we learn together on many things, understanding and solving problems for our customers as we go.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
More benefits and a lower cost than what we had before our merger with CECO. Pay could be better, but when faced with just Yes/No I was forced to say yes since I don't disagree completely.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a self-proclaimed work-a-holic but happy to be one in my position. Each day brings new challenges and accomplishments. This is the honest truth and I've been doing this for over 13 years now!
