I would say that it was a good place to work in the past but the new managers that are being hired look good on paper because of their work history but they come from big corporations and do not care to learn what we do they just like the big pay checks and the fact that we produce revenue.

Holding of managers accountable for. Stop worrying about numbers and focus more on our Customers because they are the reason we are a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is brings on new Management that is coming in at hire salary's then what current associates are making. These are employees performing equal responsibilities. The lack of Hiring and replacing employees that have left and adding of their responsibilities to others who are under paid.
