What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the employees like people instead of just employees that need to do a job. Instead of just saying you appreciate your employees, actually do something that shows it. Appreciation for a job well done goes a long way. Get rid of managers that create a hostile environment for employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO is a wealth of information and when he was available we all learned a great deal from him. As of recent we have been asked not to reach out to him, but to only go to our direct superior. It really is a big mistake because he has key insight that others do not.
