What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a sales consultant I'd say the commission plan is well structured, motivates us to hunt down the bigger clients to bring in the bigger profits and earn bigger commissions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know most other people on my team make more than me and are also salary. Overall our health benefits are expensive/not great coverage for a family. And I was bummed there is no employer contribution for our 401K. I also wish we had more vacation time (we all need breaks).
