What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team could improve by enhancing communication and transparency across all levels, providing more regular feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Encouraging open dialogue and being more receptive to new ideas would also help in driving the team forward.

Treating the employees like people instead of just employees that need to do a job. Instead of just saying you appreciate your employees, actually do something that shows it. Appreciation for a job well done goes a long way. Get rid of managers that create a hostile environment for employees.

Treating employees with respect and not lashing out at every second.

Focus less on expanding the company and client base, and focus more on proper training and hiring more employees to take on the increased work load. Management should eliminate drama and treat all employees equally.
