What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees. Taking individual concerns into account. Showing respect for each employee. Ensuring all staff are showing respect for each other, or dealing with employees when they're not.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was no interview my manager hired me because he liked me has nothing to do with skill set or qualifications. I didn't answer one question just hired on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss gives gifts out to all employees from time to time and everytime he decides to give clothing he never ensures there is something in my size. I am 6'5 and require a 2xl and he never has stuff in my size. And claims that the uniforms are in my size so that's fine. Yet the uniform is required.
