Too much favoritism at the work place drinking and drugs especially at Panda Express

They all work together against individual's who doesn't have all the access to the proper channels they show favoritism to the family and friends that work there I'm a victim of that

My boss gives gifts out to all employees from time to time and everytime he decides to give clothing he never ensures there is something in my size. I am 6'5 and require a 2xl and he never has stuff in my size. And claims that the uniforms are in my size so that's fine. Yet the uniform is required.

I do my job and I do it very well. I was taken out of.positions because the director did not like me

It all starts with the manager they need to show respect to the employees and foster a good environment instead of letting the employees do what they want.

There was no interview my manager hired me because he liked me has nothing to do with skill set or qualifications. I didn't answer one question just hired on the spot.

That it wasn't long we talked about the job at hand while also getting to know the interviewer.

Change the management team especially the administrative assistant.

Take action and seriousness when sexual misconduct and drug use has been presented. Instead of preparing to fire someone or feeling it's a made up story. These are serious matters and it was looked the other way. Without further investigation.

Better menu variant and ask the staff that are on the front line who deal with day to day things how things are going rather than make changes from behind a desk

I would like to see improvement with PR (Marketing) as there is not a team and to be able to bring attention while educating many about what our organization goals are.
