The management. Managers never stay more than 6 months then quit. The GM talks about people behind their back. Terrible place.

Take action and seriousness when sexual misconduct and drug use has been presented. Instead of preparing to fire someone or feeling it's a made up story. These are serious matters and it was looked the other way. Without further investigation.

Better menu variant and ask the staff that are on the front line who deal with day to day things how things are going rather than make changes from behind a desk

This company dont care about nothing but making money

Its painful sometimes standing for hours on end

lack of a very much needed additional person

I would like to see improvement with PR (Marketing) as there is not a team and to be able to bring attention while educating many about what our organization goals are.
