He made it inviting and not like an interview

There was no interview my manager hired me because he liked me has nothing to do with skill set or qualifications. I didn't answer one question just hired on the spot.
That it wasn't long we talked about the job at hand while also getting to know the interviewer.
quick and positive but they never asked for resume or work history which in turns gives us people whos not properly trained for there job

I got the job easily, I think this is why so many people unfit for the positions are employed as the interview process is too casual

Change the management team especially the administrative assistant.
