The most positive thing about our culture is we care about everyone and what they care about. If something comes up the company understands. As long as you do your job they have your back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are all so laid back and able to connect with each other. Everyone is so welcoming. When you start at other companies one of the biggest lies they say is "we are like family here" I have never felt that be so real until I worked with CIENCE.
