I really like the culture of our company. I most enjoy the people I work with. However, I feel the company pushes the bounds of what's realistic and has some good people in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership is engaged. However, I that they are unrealistic expectations and our voices are not taken into consideration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best TL but there really is no time to interact with co-workers if you want to make quota.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite my complaint about not having enough time to take these surveys, I do appreciate the company making attempts to hear from their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
A couple of my accounts I really like. I enjoy interacting with people on all levels. I get up wanting to represent our clients to the best of my ability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are given too many accounts to service. It seems like the company values quantity over quality. Between surveys, slack communications, and meetings, it's impossible to make quota. And none of these interruptions are accounted for. Often times we have 10 to 12 hours worth of work in an 8 hour day.
