I have loved every minute at this company until the last couple of month. I still love it but don't agree with some haphazard leadership and although I've received a raise with my promotion and am grateful for it, I don't feel that my pay is fair considering the industry standard for this position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I were paid closer to the industry standard for my position and had a clear understanding of the bonus structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is difficult to put into words CIENCE has a vibe and I love it. I love the people, I love the company and it's potential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity and talent that each individual brings. Peoples willingness to go above and beyond their individual roles often working overtime with little to no guidance or support.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be a positive catalyst of change, directly impacting the success of the company, being involved in conversations where my suggestions are considered and valued, being a part of a team of people who are awesome. Being able to do what I love. Being a mentor.
