So far I'm happy working with the company since all my past experiences are inbound, so this is less stressful. The only thing I am not happy sometimes is the sudden change they make and the quotas they wanted us to reach which is for me unreachable, if you dial honestly, which I do.

I am happy because of my compensation, it's sort of a motivation for me to come to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive side is, we are able to go on bio breaks anytime we need to unlike my previous experiences that we have to follow schedule of out bio breaks
