Were expendable to clutter there's no growth and no incentives once your an employee. Uppermanagement doesn't know how to run a warehouse and they don't let the ones that do do. I've made my work not my work make me . Were happy to come in because we like the people we work with not because clutter

Incentives, bonuses, raises,ketchup in the breakroom
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast simple not overly scrutinizing. I'm awful at interviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are..... we like even the ones who are the most difficult.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having more say about what goes on here were not like the other warehouses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm a lead here in des moines and I try my best to train adapt to and encourage people my boss is great and let's me make my best judgment in situations I wish his bosses would do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They come in with a positive attitude because we make it a great place . We look at each other as an individual and not an associate. We know everyone of us have our issues so being a min late was because of traffic not a point against us
