Horrible. I've been with the company for awhile now and the upper management tried to fire me for something I was not aware of, instead of talking with me, and that other drivers were doing the exact same thing. The benefits is Horrible. No pay increase. Trucks are not maintained properly.

Knowing you'll get hired, all you to do is show up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team. We are able to accomplish our goals for the shift.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not being supervised. I'm able to do complete my job and knowing that I did a great job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If an employee been with a company for a while and does his/her best and shows up on time, everyday, they should give warnings instead of firing the individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my best in everything I do. I show up on time when I'm scheduled. I even come in days when I'm not scheduled because there either understaffed or need me. I comply with everything they tell me. I keep in communication on issues and when we're running low on stuff.
