That they tested more for social interaction and communication rather than skills and knowledge. They already knew my skills and knowledge coming into the interview from my resume.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to listen and answer questions when asked. The ability to just be able to talk to them whenever makes it a great place to learn and work.
