Leadership immensely values the team and despite being a start up, really pushes the envelope in providing work/life balance and opportunity for growth/leadership. For a very young company they've done a relatively great job at putting the right people in the right places.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a really diverse group of minds in the room from a variety of backgrounds. Everybody brings something different to the table which I think really helps us excel as an organization.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication, updating calendars, follow through on task management/accountability to other team members, remember that in a start up environment a "I will try my best" is always better than a "Can't do, no time" attitude.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody pulls more than their own weight. There is a really great sense of camaraderie and support within Cotopaxi. The reason we are able to move so quickly as a business is because everyone here is committed to the greater goal of Doing Good.

I loved that I had a chance to meet with multiple people in multiple departments including the entire executive team. That doesn't happen everywhere.
