The company has the right mindset in mind in terms of growth, goals, and leadership, however they're not implementing growth or leadership at the rate they need to be. Mid-management (VP & down) hides behind the same excuse: "they're just EXTREMELY busy."..which is supposed to excuse their bad behav

What are some of the best things about your team?
They're so diverse in their thinking that collaborating together really can spawn some great ideas for new projects - or even when we get stumped on refreshing old projects
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team who are true leaders are great.....they mentor, listen, guide, and support 100% of the way. Including our Executives But there's a lot of "leaders" who hold the title but only have self-interests and do not necessarily lead their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More consistent evaluations or bench-marking to promote continuous growth. Goals are not revisited or revised as often as should be to help achieve higher positions. Management is 80% at HQ therefore advancement within company is only at HQ where people are seen on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are actively participating and listening to their employees at all levels. The fact that they make the effort to join our Sales Training Weeks to engage with new hires and are open to take questions anonymous for each All-Hands is very impressive....not many companies have our C-execs.
