Equity - each employee is given restricted stock so they are invested in the company overall.

The environment is just FUN! Lots of work mixed with play.

One of the company values is to Strive for Excellence. Just the premise that we should all strive to be better today than yesterday is very positive and provides focus.

It is friendly. People are smart. We are diverse in thought (not everyone is a Harvard, Stanford or MIT graduate) and leadership encourages this culture. I love knowing that I don't have to fit a certain mold in order to succeed.
