it can't be the company needs to be totally disbanded. No one will listen to anyone and they keep driving down the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
fire everyone from managing Director in up in allow the people who were actually doing the work to take over all the management responsibilities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
none of us work together. They were in around speaking of the team when there is no team, there is just individuals trying to survive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
One just needs to be alive. They were hire anyone, but hey more specifically if somebody checks a box for them, they will certainly have strong interest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
well, let's see my pay has dropped 75% in the last few years and I have 20 years at the company. This place is all about people stealing other peoples business and work.
