What are some of the best things about your team?
Collectively, Diligent has high energy, can do individuals. People seem very bought into and supportive of our mission and business opportunities. Culture is positive, inclusive, and forward looking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am making less than I was in previous roles. In comparison to other benefits packages, I think our healthcare plan is marginal. 401K is very much on par and much appreciated. Would really welcome the opportunity for equity- be it discounted share purchase, stock or option rewards.
